Graham Willson

Graham is a professional trainer and engaging speaker.    He is a creative and strategic out-of-the-box thinker.   Graham spent over 30 years with a major UK clearing bank where his key responsibilities included project managing strategic change across the bank’s regional centres.   He then managed the bank’s national call centre supporting its corporate offices.   Moving into the Education Sector, Graham utilised his management and technical skills advising, supporting and training all levels of staff in their school management systems, working for Local Authorities and more recently holding a strategic role within Bromley Local Authority.

As someone who values good communication, Graham trained under Michael Grinder, world expert in non-verbal intelligence, and achieved accreditation in non-verbal communication techniques and group mastery in February 2006.   Together with Hazelann Lorkins, he then co-founded GLD Training Associates Limited to provide training programmes and advice to business leaders in the use of non-verbal intelligence and group dynamics and to teachers and educationalists in classroom behaviour management strategies (a programme called ENVoY).

His other interests include being a musician. He is married and has two adult children.
